JEAN NEVES
Founder and Owner
Jean is a Licensed Esthetician since 1995 attending the Elizabeth Grady School of Esthetics in Medford, MA where she was the first student to receive all five Outstanding Achievement Awards.
She is a certified Laser / IPL Technician since 1998, her career has encompassed all aspects of the esthetic industry from providing services, training, teaching, and inside/outside sales of products and equipment as well as being a northeast distributor for an international skin care manufacturer.

Her numerous preceptorships and advanced training programs around the USA and Canada with some of the leading luminaries in plastic surgery and dermatology have provided Jean with an excellent educational background in the field of “medical esthetics”.
Jean study makeup under Marvin Westmore and later developed her own private makeup line and skincare line.
JENNA GRELLE
MA, RN, BSN
Jenna Grelle, an experienced and results-driven leader in spa, fitness, luxury hospitality, and preventive health and the founder of Bloom Aesthetics LLC.
She is a Certified Aesthetics Nurse with areas of specialty in neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments. Her personalized approach and commitment to helping others feel and look their best led her to open Bloom Aesthetics. Her wellness, spa, and nursing background allow her to work with clients in achieving desired results in a relaxed and comfortable environment.

Notable accomplishments include her role in guiding the Canyon Ranch team to the Leading Hotel and Spa designation, her contributions as a clinical researcher and co-author for the Journal of Occupational Medicine publication on the impact of health screening and coaching in cardiovascular risk reduction, recognition as a Ritz-Carlton 5-Star Leader.
TINA MCCAFFREY
Licensed Esthetician, Certified Health Coach
Tina McCaffrey is a pioneer in the field of integrative aesthetics. She is a licensed Cosmetologist, Laser Tech, Corneotherapist, Massage Therapist, Certified Holistic Health Coach, and Integrative Functional Medicine Nutrition Practitioner with over 20 years of experience.
During her career, she has worked in the offices of dermatologists and plastic surgeons. She has traveled both nationally and internationally to study clinical skincare with some of the leading innovators, and skin experts in the world. Her philosophy of beautiful skin starts from within led her to become a Certified Holistic Health Coach and Functional Nutrition Practioner.
She looks at the underlying factors that influence healthy skin including diet, life style, and body imbalances.
Her goal is to educate and coach clients on the importance of skincare as part of their daily health and wellness routine. She is equipped with a wealth of knowledge, advanced technologies, and resources to get you consistent, youthful, and transforming results.
TRICIA SHEDIAC
Licensed Esthetician
Tricia has been a licensed esthetician working in the beauty industry for 25 years, and a former owner of Faces Plus Skin care in Wakefield, Ma. She was trained at Catherine Hinds Institute and further her education in clinical aesthetic studies in New Orleans, Dallas, Florida, and Spanish Fork, Utah.

Tricia is a Member of Associated Skin Care Professionals. She has advanced training in European Facials, TAMA non-surgical facelift, Dermaplanning, Hydro Facials, and Dermasound Ultrasonic Facials.
